Triple-monitor setup and distortion on side monitors-- any way to fix?
-
Hi there,
I am relatively new to GTA so apologies in advance if I'm asking something dumb.
I projected GTA on my triple-monitor setup, and noticed that there is an unpleasant significant distortion, more like a horizontal extension, on the camera views on right and left monitors. I am attaching screenshots so you can see the overly stretched-out cars on the side of my vehicle. This doesn't give as realistic view as I initially wished. Is there any way to eliminate this distortion, by changing camera setting or so?
Thanks!

The images seem to have disappeared so I attached back.
And yes, all of three monitors are identical.8/29/2017 update;
Thanks to @ikt's comment, I added Extended Camera Settings mod and played with the FoV setting. I maximized the first person vehicle FoV (hope I'm doing the right thing) and here's the result.
Turned out, FoV did get extended, however, the distortion is still there (it's extended too). Hmm.

@csuga All 3 of your monitors are the same, yes?

@krashadam Yes! They are completely identical.

Ah, something lots of games suffer from, which is extra noticeable on 3 16:9 screens versus a single 21:9 screen.
You can try using FoV mods to fix this.

@ikt Oh cool thanks! I don't have time to try this today, but will definitely try tomorrow and see how it works!

I tried changing the FoV and the distortion is still there (see my original post for screencaps)
Hmm any idea?
