Tony Stark Mansion (3D model/ pic) help?

Hey!
Trying to port this in to GTA V.. the model is pretty much good to go - does anyone know the process of inserting buildings in to GTA?Ideally I would like to have as an add-on like the Liberty City Alpha.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

The Tony Stark mansion is something that a lot of people have wanted, if done well it could be epic.

Learning as I go.. Though i do have a question, ever had any issues exporting through GIMS/3d max? I keep getting 'Not Responding' every attempt to export?
