Redux uninstall help!

Hi chaps new GTA modder here! So I installed the Redux mod today as well as a Lamborghini and BMW card add on and the Menyoo trainer.
Now my FPS has dropped a bit since installing Redux and I was wondering the best way to uninstall it without deleting my car mods?
Worst case scenario would be deleting the whole game and reinstalling as well as reinstall the car mods however that's a pain in the butt.
If it helps I followed the steps on the Redux website so I have a mods folder along with the back ups it tells me to copy into that folder.
