Objects are disappearing when I use Menyoo Object Spooner

For instance, I spawned the Titanc mod and I wanted to put my guy on it. As soon as I drag my guy to the titanic, it disappears. Im not sure why. It can be some setting but I don't know which one. Sorry for the stupid question.

Just make sure the titanic vehicle is a mission entity.
You can add it to the Spooner Database to do so.
