Downgrade to 1.39 (retail)

So, I don't want to go through all the waiting for the modders to update their mods, when most mods I use probably won't ever be updated again anyways. No patience for that.
I want to downgrade my game to 1.39 again to be able to use all my mods. From then on I will use the launcher bypass.
But, does anybody have the files of the 1.39 version of the retail game?
Help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

I'm thankful I backed up my steam GTA V before the update, can't figure out how to play without it forcing an update. Even blocking it via windows firewall doesn't work.

@Grabsno You gotta search online....yea you screwed up should have had a full backup before Gunrunners.
