When I Install Any add-on car and when I try to spawn it says ,,(carname) Spawned''but nothing happens!

Yesterday I searching for good vechile mods and i saw Lamborghini Aventador ADD-ON/REPLACE mod.I installed it and I opened GTA V.I opened my trainer(Enchanced Trainer),opened Spawn car by name,and wrote ,,aventador''.And trainer says ,,Aventador Spawned''but there are no car.Nothing happened.I searched on Google for fix and i saw a player who says Install gameconfig.xml and all will be OK!I installed latest gameconfig.xml and I tried to open GTA V.I ve' waiting more than 30 minutes and GTA V Cant load.(infinite loading screen error)I reinstalled GTA V.When i Reinstalled GTA V,it works.Any fixes for Add-on Car spawn problem?!?Thanks!
