How to add Cloth Shops for fiveM.

Hello guys, i started to play GTA V FIVEM and i loved it. I want to creave my own server to invite my friends to play with me but the map it's empty, i tried to add mods for spawning cloth shops but nothing worked so far. Could some please help me out?
