Is it possible to add *new* props to the game?

So, I was wondering if it was possible to add new props to the game for using with Map Editor. I tried googling it, but only got year-old results saying that replacing works but it is not possible to completely new ones to the game.

Is it possible? If yes, please let me know how.

@Dekurwinator Better idea, port custom props, then write them in as an Add-On yourself, then add models to the ObjectList for either map editor, Menyoo or Map Editor, then try and spawn them.
