@Tengerecki try deleting mpsmuggler.asi it used to cause errors for me on the menyoo hook so that might be part of it, also delete LUA if you dont know what it does, and if you dont use LUA mods why have it? also yachtdeluxe always broke my game before even before gunrunning and smugglers run. hope this helps

@Tengerecki Worked a treat dude, my Menyoo mod is working a treat I just can't spawn in my add on cars so I think we have to wait for the gameconfig update.

Okay guys. Everything works now. Here's how make it work:
1.) start OpenIV then go into edit mode and update "update.rpf". (You'll see a big-ass green text on your open iv platform)
*** It is recommended that you make a backup of 'update.rpf' before updating it; in case you had modified files in it because this process will over-write it. ***
2.) remove "mpgunrunning.asi" from your root folder if you had it there.
3.) download this mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/mplowrider2-in-sp
4.) unzip file and put "mpsmuggler.asi" in root folder, so that your vehicles won't disappear.
5.) If you've got add-on cars, please wait for the latest gameconfig file.You're all set.

Ok please don't kill me for asking... As I have read everyone's messages in this thread and am still a bit confused on one simple thing...
Some people are saying "new script hook" and others saying "the latest script hook". I thought Alex has NOT released the updated Script Hook yet!?!?!

I've managed to get the Menyoo mod menu working all good with the new planes etc.
But scripthook is still not loading my safehouse mods etc

Download it and replace these with your previous ones. It's the new, updated one.

Menyoo's script hook has problems with run-once things, update to the official script hook and things should work.
ACSPatch and EnableMPCars crash with Menyoo's script hook, but work fine with AB's latest release.

@ikt I am using AB's scriphook not Menyoo's.

All working fine for me now except my damn frame rate is everywhere 😂 seems to improve when I change a few things but if I optimise it in GeForce Experience it's awful.

I installed a fresh, unmodded version of GTAV.
I installed OpenIV, NativeUI, Menyoo & Script Hook and the game crashes.
I've tried both the Script Hook from Menyoo and AB and neither solved my problem. I've even tried a different dininput8.dll as well.
Any suggestions

Okay I figured out what this issue is. It is indeed gameconfig file. My game loaded just fine with mods, however I had to delete all my add on files in Open IV, so if you just did the replace method you can play with mods in your game. So if you want to play and have replace, Just delete

@Daznick In the six months I've been playing and modding on the PC, and probably 50 different installs over that time...I've never ever seen this DSOUND.DLL, not once...

dsound.dll is from GTA San Andreas lol

For some reason I can't use planes. I've tried the new dlc planes and also the hydra. They just will not start but I can fire weapons?

everything works for me except add on vehicles.
