Accidental activation of MP in Enhance Trainer

Hello. I just installed the new scripthook update and have been successfully modding for a bit but I was going through the Enhanced Native Trainer and accidentally hit the MP option in the World tab and now the Enhance Trainer doesn't load at all. Tried reinstalling the scripthook files but that didn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Still sort of new to modding gta.
