Cant play Gta Story Mode after update, even if I remove update.rpf

Hello,

so I just wanted to play Gta 5 again, after the update I knew I will have to create a new update.rpf file to the mods folder, I tryed to add 5 add-one cars, and I followed the tutorial step by step, but every time I enter the story mode it crashes.

Then I removes the update.rpf file from the mods folder and launched and the game crashes 2/3 times when trying to enter story mode even with the default update.rpf.

Can somebody help me with this problem?
