endless loading screen

I'm not certain but gameconfig doesn't usually get updated every time GTA5 gets an update . currently the mods I have after smuggler run are GTA 4 pack, naturalvision remastered, world of variety and lively mod.
basically if I try to add any more cars it crashes. and if I use my old unlimited gameconfig it loads forever. I heard some people are experiencing this that have redux. is this related to graphics mod, gameconfig or both

I have backup of a working mod file...so I keep testing the waters to find solution and if doesn't work...I repeat
