Add-on vehicles don't work anymore

After Smuggler's Run update all my add-on vehicles stop working. Do I reinstall the mods or is there a new way to add vehicles?

yes, you have to reinstall all your mods to the new updated update rpf.. You have to do this EVERY time theres an update unless you play with two completely different games, one for online, one for storymode.
