Game goes on infinity load screen when new gamecofig is added

Hey please help!!! Whenever I add a gameconfig to my game for add on cars the games goes to infinity load screen really I have waited 30 min on load screen and I have installed more then 5 different gameconfig but all does the same thing.And in the end I have to delete my update.ref folder and replace it with the original one and all my cars are gone forever 🙁 so please tell me what I should do to fix this🙏
