DLC vehicles in single player story mode?

Hi guys

I'm very new to the modding scene on GTA 5 so please bare with me.

Is it possible to have DLC vehicles in single player story mode? (Smugglers Run, Gun Running etc)

If it isnt what downloads would I need anyway?

@mike710_0 All you need is a trainer which can spawn those vehicles. Get this one here, follow the installation instructions carefully in the readme.docx (included in the download): https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav
