Police Sirens Looking like carbon fibre

Greetings,
Having a problem with a car and another car with not showing the siren lights. they almost look like they are covered in carbon fibre.It shows the lights kinda of on the side fiew of the sirens but they are not blue/red like usual, looks like they have been covered in carbon fibre... any way to fix this issue? upon spawning regular emergency vehicles like police cars they seem to have their sirens but not this car or my other downloaded charger. any suggestions on how to fix this issue or reset and alter the file they use to replace/mod the siren?
