Weird car sound (ambient car sounds?) after updating (Better describing video inside)

Hi,
I just spend the last hours updating my modded GTA install.
Everything works fine so far, but it seems some audio files (or something) got screwed..
I'm not sure how exactly to explain it, so I also attached a video so you can hear an example..
(sorry the visual quality is horrible, it's screen capture but at least audio is clear)
Maybe anyone else noticed something similar?
I hope I can give you as much infos as possible!
This issue seems to appear only to some of the add-on cars I have (3 or 4 out of 40+). I have these cars in my game for months now and all worked perfect, never had this or a similar issue before..
The DLC that contains these add on cars was untouched during the update (no files changed) and the add on cars all come from different creators (downloaded mostly here)..
Aside from that annoying sound when passing by these cars, it also happens when driving the affected cars. Radio and honking etc. seems to be unaffectedThe sounds in this video don't come from the car I'm sitting in (GTA5 manana) but from one in traffic. All stock cars are unaffected too.
