GTA 5 Crashing Help

Hello everyone,
When I play GTA 5, after about 5 minutes of being in-game the game always crashes. It says "your computer is low on memory", but I have 8GB of RAM. Why is this happening and how can I fix this?
Any idea, suggestions would be appriciated,

@RyanCaleb try using the latest gameconfig, are you using replace or add-on car method?
