annoying Wig-Wag lights on police vehicle (LSPDFR)

Hello everybody,
since the new GTA V Update, all of my Police Vehicles (Mod Cars) are having a Wig Wag effect in their Front Lights. Its very annoying and it was a long time before the update not there!
Someone know how I can turn it off?Sorry for my BAD English
