Police Sirens look like they are missing/looks like metal/carbon fibre

Greetings,
Having a problem with a few cars with not showing the sirens fully. They almost look like they are covered in carbon fibre or there is metal on the roof with no lights .It shows the lights kinda of on the side view of the sirens but they are not blue/red like usual on the top of the siren block.any way to fix this issue?
upon spawning regular emergency vehicles that have not bee altered by mods like police cars, they seem to have their sirens but not my downloaded/replaced police cars...... Any suggestions on how to fix this issue or reset and alter the file they use to replace/mod the sirens?

Maybe in the trainer mod menu they are added extras?
