A screenshot section would be nice! Where people can upload awsome Photos like on GTA-Forums.

Maybe just have a media section that would have a screenshot and a video thread in it?

I assume that would be in the Off-Topic section since it's not really modding, requests and so on?

@Carrythxd If it's for screenshots of mods it can go in Modding Discussion. If it's for screenshots of video games in general, Off-Topic is more appropriate.

@rappo Alrighty! I think it would be the best to have a screenshot thread where people can post screens from any game so I'll post it in the Off-Topic section
EDIT: Actually, I think it could be seperated that there would be a screenshot thread in the Modding section for people to post their modded GTA V screenshots and then another thread in Off-Topic where people could post non-modded GTA V screens and screens from other games
