GTA crashing, Addon-Cars, Garage, Waypoint

So I'm still pretty new to modding GTA. I have several Addon-Cars installed and a gameconfig.xml to prevent crashes. If I spawn too many Add-On cars (like 5 or 6 of the great BMW M4 mod, the game crashes with the common error message like "GTA doesn't work any longer, we will let you know if there is a solution".
Furthermore the game tends to crash after spawning multiple Addon-Cars and if I call a cab to get somewhere. After selecting the point I want to be driven, game crashes too with same error.
If I park an Addon car in front of or near a garage, and I enter it on feet, my guy doesn't enter it and gets stuck in the animation. I have to tab out and in to solve this.Following mods are installed:

@ReNNie Ok thank you! But is there any way to figure out why my game crashes when I'm using a cab to a destination? it only crashes when I skip the driving.

@AHK1221 I could figure it out. It was a mod mentioned above which caused the trouble.
But now I have a different problem. RDE 3.1 is not working for me. I get an infinite loading screen. If I try a different gameconfig, it works first and crashes after round about 15 minutes. Even if I only use this mod alone.
I'd really like to use this mod, because the features are so great but I can't get it running stable.
