Trouble with Humvees and other army vehicles

I can't install any of @SkylineGTRFreak's humvees with out it crashing on start up. The only exception is the two humvees included in RDE. If I try replacing the RDE humvees and with the @SkylineGTRFreak's humvees, openiv crashes.
Also, with the exception of the civillian aircraft pack all of the @PANICO-TOTAL packs make my game crash so I install the individual planes 1 at a time.
I know it's not game config because I can install all the other Add on cars I want without issue.
I'm also running the current game version

In my packages I'm already changing to original game weapons,
in relation to my packages in my game it works normal,
But I will change, because we can replace in several models.No need to answer this answer, it's just to be aware that I'm solving the issue of custom weapons.
