GTAV.exe - System Error (A new guard page for the stack cannot be created). Help fix?

Another f*ucking error for now got this popup after no more shv error. How to fix this? im just installed Vanillaworks extended v1.3 and World of Transportations v11.2 and then this come out.

Should I cleanup all net framework versions or just 4.7 only?

I have cleanup all net. framework versions then restart my pc and i reinstall net.framework 4.7 but its said already install in my computer.

My guess is it's VWE related. So, for the time being you're sh*t outta luck. Disable VWE until the problem gets resolved?

Yes, its really works perfectly without VWE
. I spend playing 30 minutes nothing error popup. Thanks @ReNNie for help. Idk why VWE cant play in my game. I thinks its conflict with World of Transportations, WOV, or WOD mods that i used.

Yea, its that problem with WOV? Btw, I think I should follow the carrythx said need to clean mods folder after that install VWE first then install other mods like WOT,WOV,TCO, and last WOD as usual. I just install VWE with already mods in it that cause problem. I will try it next time if i have time. That large files in my mods folder. Lol. That's so much need research and troubleshoot with this game

@game2020online maybe it's graphics card driver problem, because i have same problem too in sometimes that popup will appear on the screen when i install latest AMD Graphics Driver. But no i don't have that problem or maybe i don't think so.

When I've had the 'a new guard page for the stack cannot be created' crash it has either been related to:-
Syntax errors in the meta files (see here).
Use Notepad++'s XMLTools plugin's 'Check XML syntax now' functionality & a keen eye to help resolve those issues. -
Having replace vehicles that are broken in some way or have file sizes that are much bigger than the vehicle they replace (see here).
Remove lines in 'popgroups.ymt' to stop replace vehicles from spawning one at a time (starting with the largest file sized ones) until crashes dissappear allowing you to identify the problem vehicle/s.
If you are determined to have a problem car spawn in your game you may be able to keep you game stable by restricting the frequency &/or total number of that vehicle that can appear in your game at once by lowering these values in the vehicle's 'vehicles.meta':
