Please Help, issue with creating DLC Addon Pack

Hello guys, I need a little advice. I recently merged a few, well I say a few, around 8 dlc cars into one. Three have tuning parts. The game knows the tuning parts exist, but when I try place them on the car, nothing. Same applies to the other two. I've tried everything, such as making another dlc pack with one of the cars in, nothing. The code looks fine, I have added the correct information to the config.xml file. I'm really stuck and unsure what to do. Help would be appreciated, cheers
