Is there a latest version of JobsV that I can use?

There's only one version and it's been updated a full year ago. There's a GitHub repository with the source code, so you could fix and recompile it yourself, or find some poor willing soul to do it for you.
Alternatively there are other mods you can try that add some work/mission dimension into the game, but you'll have to search for things that fit your criteria. https://www.gta5-mods.com/all/tags/mission
Back to the mod though, the latest comments indicate it should just work. What does not work for you?

Just saing, the JobsV mod was a disappointment for me. In a nutshell, you go to a marker which pretends to be a regular job. The screen goes black and up again. 8 hours or so have past and you get some money. End of the story.
