[add-on] Hydra add-on for upcomming mod

Me and Derpy-Canadian are making a Vulkan mod.
And it involves the hydra model.
We would like someone to make us an add-on of the hydra.
I tried to do it myself but i proved to be incapable xD
So please?

@Reyser, perhaps? The guy knows about it, even wrote a tutorial about it.

@V4D3R no he isn't. he said he could do the weapons part when he'll have the time for it. so not really.

@DavidFliesPlanes Textures problem are probably caused because a bad edit of any of the META files. It happened to me with my first weapon mod so I guess will be the same problem.

@Reyser i've just taken the hydra files etc and edited the names
