Can someone briefly explain what the .ini file's purpose is in add-on ped files?

Most of the add-on peds have the .ini that you have to place in your scripts folder. Just wondering what the purpose is as someone new to the modding scene. I've learned a lot the past couple of months, but I have yet to understand this one. Thanks!

.ini files are basicly just configuration files of mods, where to define keybindings and other settings, all I can say😉

Open them in notepad and you can see what values can be changed
