Endless loading screen when adding vehicles

I'm currently running the latest version of GTAV through Steam and have been having issues with the game not fully loading when adding vehicle add-ons.
I'm trying to add these vehicles with the current mods which work with the vanilla gameconfig- NaturalVision
- VisualV
- LA_Vegetation
- LA_Roads
It was working late evening SEPT.13.17, however it seems to not want to work now. I had the game load for a total of 8 hours while I was off at class and it stayed loading when I returned. I have uninstalled the game which did nothing. I have ScriptHookV, ScriptHookVDotNet, and asiloader. I have gone back and forth removing the car mods and deleting the extra lines of code through the 'dlclist.' The car mods seem to crash my game when I have the vanilla gameconfig so I went to find a different one. I spent a tireless 3 hours downloading and replacing the gameconfig considering it seems like that may be the issue. (No car mods present)I can load the game perfectly without any issues when I use the vanilla gameconfig. I then tried to run the same mods with a different gameconfig and seemed to cause the endless loading screen. I really have no idea what is causing this issue. It seems like no one else has this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@wiseethan no need to let it sit and load for hours on end.
If V doesn't load up in less than 1 ~ 1 1/2 minutes ... something is vewwwwy wrong.- Did you try Gameconfig.xml 2.0 by Dilapidated » This is the one to be used on the lastest game version afaik...
- Are ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet fully updated as are all your active scripts?

@ReNNie After all that replacing of gameconfigs, I have no idea how I missed this one. It works now, thank you. You relieved a big headache.
