[VEHICLE] Vapid Broadway? (+ Police and Taxi Livery)

So, I'm not sure how these vehicle request threads usually go on here, whether or not people tend to just throw ideas up here and hope somebody just "gets it" or if they post refrences too, so I'm gonna wing it, hope it all goes smoothly.
So, I believe you may or may not know of the Broadway from GTA: San Andreas. According to the wiki it's based on a 1947 Cadillac Series 62 for the body style, and a 1948 Chevy Fleetmaster for the front face. Thing is, I'm not sure whether or not it should stay a tudor, or become a 4-door, because aren't the Tornado and Voodoo already classic coupes?
The interior could really be based on any 40's car, but I would recommend a 1940 Dodge or a 1951 Chrysler Windsor interior. Maybe a mix of both?
Also, don't know whether I'm just being an asshole at this point or not, but could you please make a corresponding police and Taxi version of the car if you make it? A nice vintage 40's police cruser would be fantastic.
Just realized something, both of those cars models show up in LA Noire, may not be the specific years, but more or less should be the same cars. Perhaps someone could just mash both models together. At that point, the only thing you would have to worry about is the badging and interior, if even.

@ReNNie Hope I do, but I hope even more that someone with more talent and resources picks this up. Couldn't even attempt this mod if I wanted to at the moment. Also, coupe or 4-door?
