SPA Problems... (and more)

I have installed https://de.gta5-mods.com/scripts/single-player-apartment-spg-net but its NOT working, i did the same thing as the ReadMe...
I have the newest version of Microsoft .NET Framework (NOT 4.5.2), is that the problem? Or could it be something different
Also https://de.gta5-mods.com/scripts/single-player-benny-s-original-motor-works and https://de.gta5-mods.com/scripts/premium-deluxe-motorsports-car-shop are NOT working
