ELS Problem with FBI Cars

Hello Persons

i have uploaded my Game to Smuggler Run Update and tried to patch a Unmarked Version of an BMW which replace fbi car .
Yet i have the Problem i put the Files in x64e and last patchday but its still my original car
Know someone a help?

@GL4M0URG1RL Did you actually open the files to see that it took in openIV? You should have a total of at least 3 if not 4 files in all.
