Installation problems for Mai Shiranui mod.

So, i was trying to install this mod.

And got it in the game, but once i switched to the model, it looked really bendy and just plain weird. What i did was replaced the file A_F_Y tourist 1 with this mod file using OpenIV. Did i mess up or something? Please let me know if you know what i did wrong.
