Modify ramp buggy engine noise

I'm new to the whole modding scene but am very impressed with this website and all the possible mods.
What I would like to know is how can I change the engine noise of the 'ramp buggy' so it has a formula one engine sound? The original one doesn't sound right so would like to know how to change it
