Modded cars are glitched out?! Help please!

I installed some mods on my gta v rockstar version and when i install car mods they are super weird with tires floating around.
first i installed scripthook v and then i installed a simple trainer for mods, after that i installed openiv and started installing car mods and non of them work.
Please help
