Tuning parts of add-on vehicles don't appear on any trainer/LS Custom

This happened after i installed a add-on car. I opened my game and spawned it, but i couldn't find any tuning part. Then i tried with other vehicles which has tuning parts, but all of the tuning parts were missing for some reason.
Even after i removed the last car that i have installed any tuning part was working.
