Okay, a YDR, so I suggest you try to use this texture tool kit to extract the file images, they will come out as DDS, you'll have to use an online converter to make them PNG, do whatever you will with them in Photoshop or whatever, then we convert them back to DDS, then using the texture toolkit we inject them back into the ydr file save it put it into OpenIV, should work.
