Addon Peds not loading models [The model was not found or is invalid]

Addon Peds seems to be working fine, but whenever I try to load any model it says the model is invalid or can't be found
I've tried it with both Addon Peds Version 3.0 and 2.0 and I'm using the latest version of GTAV
Here's a screenshot of the problem using version 2.0 just in case it helps:

Also for add-on peds you'll need to increase your gameconfig.xml values on ped poolsizes. And refer to the dlcpack itself in dlclist.xml. Either that, or you didn't rebuild it properly?

And i tried increasing the poolsize attribute for peds in dlclist.xml from 256 to 260 (adding 4 for each ped I was adding) but it did nothing

@HikiAraite did you add an entry in dlclist.xml with the name of the ped add-on dlcpack?
I've invreased the poolsizes on peds to 450
There's multiple entries involving peds
