@HarHam carcols meta to reduce intensity,
Corona be gone mod for corona removal.
I could never remove brake light corona via carcols . other coronas can be removed via carcols.meta as well.

so yes it is properly mounted

@HarHam Try finding such file as "visualsettings.dat". In this file, there are also configuration lines for lights (taillights as well).

The bright dot is located in the carcols file of the car (<tailLightCorona> : intensity)
The texture intensity is located in the general .\update\update.rpf\common\data\visualsettings.dat file (car.taillight.day.emissive.on and car.taillight.night.emissive.on)
The glow on the street in located in the carcols file the car (<tailLight> : intensity)
