Gameconfig NOT CRASH NOT LOAD NEED HELP

I used "F7YO's" Gameconfig, it's perfect but now it does't work. when I open the game, just loads on endlessly.
What should I do?... someone advised me...

@GeorgianLORD GTAV had a recent update which changed the game settings. The gameconfig I sent you is updated with the new game settings, values which allows you to add vehicles/tuning parts/peds...
