How do I remove humans from gta V?

After searched the entire internet with no luck I'll have to ask; is there any way that I can remove the humans in gta V? For those who care, I found a spot where you can drive endlessly in a circle and it, but there is alot of humans there that I run over all the time and its really annoying, any help is appriciated. (Warking un thy inglis no ned 2 pointt outt)

@olofolofolof simple trainer u can turn on the no peds option and all humans will disappear if thats what u mean?
