I have looked all over the web and can't find anything to do with my issue and no one seems to have had my issue. basically installed everything correctly to my knowledge, my problem lies when I get into the game itself, from rage hook to the in game I have all the police station symbols, but when I press F4, it does not bring up the blue bar at the top to force plugins or actions. it brings up native trainer only.
anyone able to help with this?

@Dashy I guess you got an incompatibility issue, try to change the trainer key
