Account NexusRisen Banned

My account nexusrisen has got banned for stolen mods. I am confused the mods were converted to fivem maps to load with fivem not single player related. Please tell me how am I stealing map mods if i converted from xml to ymap. Let me know as soon as possible cause fivem community is wondering why on new maps.

@Bdkohn You stole this mod (your file is here). You even copied the original screenshots.
Converting the map into a different format and then uploading it as your work is still theft. If you have any further questions regarding the ban, please contact @DarthPungz.

@Unknown-Modder I mean, if he credits the author then it should be fine, right? Its been done before, replace-to-addon conversions are on the site.
-
@AHK1221 Crediting the original author is not enough, you also need permission.
-
It's ok ill open my own file hosting for fivem maps.

Yes. This.

You must understand that you converted other people's works and did not receiver permission to republish their work in another format. Please get in touch with the individual map mod makers and obtain their permission to republish your conversion and we will happily re-approve your files.
Should you decide to move away from 5Mods I sincerely wish you well. Sad to see you go.

@AHK1221 permission would be required yes.

@DarthPungz @FoxtrotDelta Don't want to get into an argument here, but there are some map mods that are converted that (AFAIK) only have credited the original author (be it from GTA IV or GTA SA modding) and have not asked for permission because they left modding. Some replace-to-addon conversions are on the site too, and I'm 60% sure they didn't ask permission either.

Then don't.
These mod makers have not left the game and their works are published on our site...
What is it that you are supporting? People using other peoples works without permission? I see people speeding, making illegal lane changes, and rolling through stop signs every day... sometimes when cops are just sitting right there... but the day I get pulled over for doing one of those things I am not going to say... "Hey I have seen people speed or change lanes illegally or roll through stop signs and they didn't get stopped and ticketed."
The moderation team is making an effort to protect the rights of the mod makers. If NexusRisen reaches out an obtains permission to republish these maps in a different format from the original mod makers then we have no problem republishing them.
In any event, and not to be rude, just being honest, what does this have to do with you? This isn't a poll thread or a democratic vote thread. This was a question from a user to moderators.
