[MISC] Allow smoke to last longer after explosion

As the title suggests can anyone make the smoke last longer after an explosion and hopefully make it compatible with this mod; https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/nuclear-explosion-project-rocket-launcher and maybe make the flames stay for longer aswell?
