How do I use more than one ped in Director Mode?

Im attempting to make some machinima, but want to have multiple characters on screen, being able to change to different characters. How can I do this? Is there a mod or simply an option in Director Mode? Thanks!

@V4D3R You may have. Your memory is much better than my own! See, I have kids so I have only so much brainpower and this is all pretty new to me. I usually start to play around with it, then the kids come in, and I have to shut it down, so ultimately I forget what stage I was in. Thanks!

@BleepYouBleepinBleep It has everything you asked, You can set up multiple characters, vehicles, and also switch between them. And change time, and a lot more.
