Avatar wont change?

Hey guys,
I went to try to change my avatar for the Forum section of this site and it does not work. It only works on the Mod portion on the site. Am I missing something because I am positive I'm doing it correctly. Can someone help me with this or am I just stuck with the avatar I have? I appreciate any help! Thanks guys!

@TrustNo1 You're missing nothing. The forum only (for some reason) holds 1 avatar.
