Someone to convert some mods for me

So there are alot of mods for GTA IV that arnt in GTA V and ive had a look how to port them over but it didnt go so well. If someone is willing to help out and port these mods over that would be great just leave a message and we'll discuss from there.

Sure, I make my mods quickly. But are they good? well, no half the time they aren't. || Made a profile pic when he was nine, accidently added it, and now its stuck. How fun!
