GTA5 crashes after selecting SP

I haven't played GTA5 in a whlile, and I know all those updates came out over the summer, and I have mods installed (including OpenIV, car mods, plugins, SHV and SHVDN) and it gave me an error after selecting "singleplayer" on the loading screen, well a few seconds after.

I updated SHV already (as that kept me out of the entire game, not the loading) so i'm pretty much stuck on what to do. I didn't back anything up before the most recent GTA5 update either.
