Can´t start game after Updates

My GTA5 ist full of Mods. But after each Update I can´t start the Game. Whats the Problem?

@ChrisKTM If it doesn't start after each update it means it ran before each update. So what did you do to make it run again? Have you forgotten or what else is the reason for this logical flaw?
