Can´t install cars in gta v

I can´t install cars in my GTA5 bcause, when i´m going to run GTA5, something like an actualitation apears, and it delete all changes about the cars, before I try to install. ¿Someone can help me?

Use the mods folder. Otherwise the game will download the original files back.
